We understand how important it is to deliver on a promise… especially during the holiday season. While you’re finishing up last minute mini sessions and late night edits, we are hitting our stride with lightning fast delivery and legendary service that can’t be matched.

No Holiday Deadlines – We’ve heard your questions about cutoff dates for holiday orders. Rest assured, we will be accepting orders until December 23rd and as always, nearly all Print and Card orders are sent for delivery within 24 hours. We fully expect our speedy turnaround time to remain consistent through the holidays and that includes your favorites like Miller’s Signature Albums, Custom Wood USB Drives and more.

Free Overnight Shipping – Perfect when you’re in a bind, enjoy free overnight shipping with FedEx next-day delivery on all orders. Please keep in mind that if you submit an order earlier in the day, you are more likely to have your order shipped.

Extended Customer Care – Have an important question? Don’t sweat it, our friendly and knowledgeable staff is available with expanded weekend coverage. We are fielding calls on Saturdays from 9am – 3pm (Central) and Sundays from 1pm – 5pm (Central) in addition to our standard hours Monday through Friday (8 am – 6 pm Central). Email assistance will be available 7 days a week.

*Quick Note – We know our turnaround time is more important than ever during the busy season. Because our crew is here 24 hours a day, there is typically very little lapse time from when you upload an order to when production begins processing it, which makes it difficult for us to cancel orders once submitted. Please keep this in mind when uploading orders and check your work twice before you submit it.

Does the Free overnight shipping apply to Canada?
