No Early Holiday Deadlines – With the fastest turnaround in the industry, you can submit your order days before you need it delivered to your clients. Our shipping department will be sending out packages around the clock until December 23rd! Please note: normal processing times apply and weather conditions can delay FedEx deliveries.
FREE Overnight Shipping – Our industry leading turnaround is a lifesaver. We have garnered an excellent reputation for coming through on last minute orders. Enjoy overnight shipping with FedEx next-day delivery.
Extended Customer Service – Our professionals are here to answer your most difficult questions. Customer service will be available 7 days a week beginning November 30th through December 22nd. Phone services will be available on Saturdays 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. CST and Sundays 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST.
Production Note – We know our turnaround time is more important than ever during the busy season; therefore, our production team is in the lab day and night, working hard to ship your orders on time. Because our crew is here 24 hours a day, there is typically very little lapse time from when you upload an order to when production begins processing it, which makes it difficult for us to cancel orders once submitted. Please keep this in mind when uploading orders and check your work twice before you submit it. If you have a special request for an order, please submit it during normal business hours and follow-up with a phone call to customer service upon submission.
