Learn about the effect distance of light has with subject and background. See how this translates from studio to on location using off camera lighting. Chuck will talk about how to properly meter and use your flash in manual. See how this will help if you decide to shoot TTL.
11:30 a.m. – Not Too Cool 4 School with Neal Freed
Are you tired of looking at cheesy, tacky school photographs? The big boys’ approach of stand here, smile, click, next is hopelessly outdated. Neal owned a successful wedding and portrait studio and went from one to 75 schools at lightning speed after a client begged him to photograph his child’s school. By bringing portrait-quality photography to schools, he’s revitalized his studio and “turned on” his students. Learn how to do the same.
