As your busy season ramps up, we wanted to pass along a few helpful tips and resources for holiday ordering.

Order Early

The holidays are upon us and our shipping partners are expecting a significant increase in volume. If possible, place your orders early to guarantee those gifts arrive on time.

Review Your Account Information

If you haven’t already, make sure your shipping address, credit card, and contact information is accurate and up to date. You can review your account information here.

No Holiday Deadlines

We are printing and shipping around the clock through December 23rd. As always, most products are printed within 24 hours.

Expected In-Lab Turnaround Times

Prints – 24 Hours

Cards – 24 Hours

Albums – 1-2 Days

Books – 1-2 Days

Wall Art – 2-4 Days

Double Check Everything

If you catch an error with your order, there’s a 10 minute window to cancel at no cost under “Order History.” With increased volume and staffing for the holidays, orders are typically processed within minutes of submission. You can view your Order History here.
