We know you count on us during the holiday season more than any other time of year.

Rest assured, we’re pulling all the stops to make sure you receive our signature service and legendary turnaround during your busiest months. While you’re late-night editing and refilling your coffee mug, we will be right here making sure your orders arrive in time for the holidays.

No Holiday Deadlines – We will be accepting orders until December 23rd and nearly all Print and Card orders are sent for delivery within 24 hours.

Free Overnight Shipping – For the next three weeks, we will be shipping out orders every day (weather permitting). Remember, if you submit an order earlier in the day you’re more likely to have your order shipped within the same day. All shipments on Friday afternoon and Saturday have a Monday commit date. All shipments on Sunday and Monday have a Tuesday commit date.

Extended Customer Care – Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is available with expanded coverage. We are fielding calls Saturday (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  CST) and (Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST) in addition to our standard Monday through Friday hours (8 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST). Email assistance is available 7 days a week.

*Ordering Note – Because our crew is here 24 hours a day, there is little time between when you upload your order and when we begin processing it. This makes it very difficult for us to cancel orders. Please be sure to double-check your work before you upload your order to the lab.

You guys have been so awesome in getting everything out quickly. I have never ordered vivid print metals or lay flat albums. Are these also ok to order up until the 23rd? (I’m most likely ordering tomorrow or Sunday but want to know just in case!)

OK, Seriously!!! Miller’s has always exceeded my expectations with their print quality, speediness, and customer service. But today, they officially went into Hyperdrive and destroyed the Death Star with the Force of Album-making awesomeness!!

Yes, TODAY I uploaded two 8″x8″ Miller’s Signature Albums (one with cameo cover and one with debossing) and they just shipped out!! That’s less than 12 hours for two gorgeous albums!!

I told my clients that Miller’s performs light saber magic, but this is even beyond anything I hoped for!! Thank you thank you thank you for making us look so good!! Happy Holidays!!
