Your calendar is full and clients are calling with last minute orders. The last thing you need to worry about is fighting the holiday rush or meeting early deadlines to receive your prints and such in a timely manner. Here is all the information you need to remember when placing orders for the holidays:

No Early Holiday Deadlines and Industry-Leading Turnaround – With no early cut-off dates and unbelievably fast turnaround, we can handle most print and press orders up until Christmas. Below are our recommended order-by dates for popular products. Please note: these are approximate dates only; order-by dates may change slightly due to volume over the next few weeks.

FREE Overnight Shipping – Save the day for last minute clients. Our elves are working around the clock to process and overnight your orders. However, we ask that you keep in mind both weather conditions and high carrier volume can delay FedEx deliveries. Follow the order-by dates listed above to ensure you receive your orders on time.

Dedicated Customer Service – Our professionals are here to lend a hand when you’re in a bind. Email coverage is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central. Due to an increase in email inquiries, we’ll also have agents answering emails during the weekends throughout the holiday season. If you prefer to call with questions, you can reach us Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central up to December 21st. We’ve also expanded weekend phone coverage through Saturday, December 22nd. Agents are available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Central on Saturdays and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central on Sundays.  Need to simply check on order status and summaries, invoices, and statements? Visit the Order History tab within your account section on the website.

Production Note – We know our turnaround time is more important than ever during the busy season; therefore, our production team is in the lab day and night, working hard to ship your orders on time. Because our crew is here 24 hours a day, there is typically very little lapse time from when you upload an order to when production begins processing it, which makes it difficult for us to cancel orders once submitted. Please keep this in mind when uploading orders and check your work twice before you submit it.
