I just placed two album order for signature books and the invoice does not reflect the discount. I had debossing added but my understanding is that only that part of it was not discounted, but the album is. Am I missing something?

Hello. I placed two orders 0293899 and 0293896. Can you apply the discount to both orders? Also, the Design Plus system was not allowing me to place the orders together so I was charged shipping ($20) twice. Can you combine both Signature Books into one order?

I am trying to order my book, but every time I try to add to cart, it says to “Please add images to this product to order it”. I have added the images, I am using ROES. I am not sure what the issue is?

Thank you, I was finally able to get it to work by deleting the whole thing, closing ROES and starting over (thought I’d post that in case anyone else runs into the same issue).
I just sent an email and followed up with Customer Service to make sure that I hopefully get the 40% price as the order uploaded at 10:01 Pacific time, which is 12:01 Central (seriously, ONE minute LOL).
