This is our favorite post of the year.
Our goal since the early days was not to be the biggest professional photography lab in the industry – but a lab that professionals could rely on when they wanted unrivaled quality and friendly service. Nearly 60 years later, we’re able to continue this pursuit for one reason: our people.
As the end of our holiday season draws near, we want to highlight the team members that make our business possible. Every single order that passes through our doors is handcrafted by our team in Pittsburg, Kansas and Columbia, Missouri. We’re happy to say that we have more team members this year than last – in today’s ever-changing landscape, we don’t take that lightly.
This year has brought its share of unprecedented challenges when it comes to the protecting the health of our employees, supply chain issues, hiring, and growth.
Our team has spent countless hours planning and strategizing for our “holiday rush” – the busy weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas when our volume peaks. From rearranging equipment to improve efficiency to hiring new employees, cross-training, extending customer service hours, staying late, and coming in early, there are hundreds of team members working behind the scenes to make sure we can maintain our promise to you.
We are so grateful for your business and we consider ourselves lucky to chase this dream year after year. 2021 was a record setting year for our business and we look forward to reaching new heights together.

We only used GPA but when they were forced to close we went looking for another lab. Then we found out your only a 2 hour drive from our location. Being able to purchase locally was a huge plus.Then you started sending us our products in a day or two and they are fantastic. Thank you everyone that is involved, you truly are appreciated. This is amazing..THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING THIS….I have been a client for 21 years and have always wondered about Millers and what and how it all worked….I would love to see more of this type of connections..and even more I would love to see a video of the process…from order receipt to printing and inspection and canvasing to packaging and shipping….I just an so impressed seeing these images at the scope of your facility.
In years past I have visited other labs..but nothing on this scale…most no are no longer in business….this really speaks to the level of investment and the ability for Millers to change with the times….and be there long term….Thanks for sharing!
