This is our favorite post of the year.

Our goal since the early days was not to be the biggest professional photography lab in the industry – but a lab that professionals could rely on when they wanted unrivaled quality and friendly service. Nearly 60 years later, we’re able to continue this pursuit for one reason: our people.

As the end of our holiday season draws near, we want to highlight the team members that make our business possible. Every single order that passes through our doors is handcrafted by our team in Pittsburg, Kansas and Columbia, Missouri. We’re happy to say that we have more team members this year than last – in today’s ever-changing landscape, we don’t take that lightly.

This year has brought its share of unprecedented challenges when it comes to the protecting the health of our employees, supply chain issues, hiring, and growth. 

Our team has spent countless hours planning and strategizing for our “holiday rush” – the busy weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas when our volume peaks. From rearranging equipment to improve efficiency to hiring new employees, cross-training, extending customer service hours, staying late, and coming in early, there are hundreds of team members working behind the scenes to make sure we can maintain our promise to you.

We are so grateful for your business and we consider ourselves lucky to chase this dream year after year. 2021 was a record setting year for our business and we look forward to reaching new heights together.
